CLEVENGER, Circuit Judge.

This is a patent infringement case in which Fin Control Systems Pty, Ltd. (“FCS”) appeals from a decision of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Fin Control Sys. Pty, Ltd. v. OAM, Inc., No, CV-99-7037 (C.D.Cal. July 10, 2000). The district court ruled on summary judgment that OAM, Inc. does not infringe United States Patent No. 5,464,359 (“the '359 patent”), either literally or under the doctrine of equivalents, by its sale of certain removable surfboard fin systems.
