Plaintiff Jason Garibaldi, appearing pro se, commenced this action against his former employer, defendant corporation Anixter, Inc. (“Anixter”) and several of its employees, alleging causes of action for discrimination and retaliation pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), as well as a claim for personal injury as a result of Anixter’s alleged negligence.
