This is a direct criminal appeal by Armand Little of his convictions for one count of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of kidnapping, and one count each of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary against a residence, and criminal possession of a firearm. He contends that the following trial errors require reversal: (1) failure to instruct on criminal restraint as a lesser included offense of aggravated kidnapping and kidnapping; (2) insufficient evidence to support the charge of aggravated kidnapping and kidnapping; (3) failure of the trial court to give a requested instruction…
