NUGENT, Judge.

Defendant Michael A. Harris appeals from his conviction of stealing, a violation of § 26.50, Revised Municipal Ordinances of Kansas City. Mr. Harris argues on appeal that the trial court erred in failing to sustain his motion for judgment of acquittal because no sufficient evidence supported a conviction for stealing or for aiding and abetting others in the act of stealing.
