The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) asks this Court to adjudicate Michael L. James guilty of violating Kentucky Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 3.130 (5.5)(a), 3.130(3.4)(c), and 3.130(3.3)(a)(1), and to order that he be suspended from the practice of law for three years. Michael L. James was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1985. One year later, he was admitted to practice in Indiana.
