People v. Nelson

*1122Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County (Kelly, J.), rendered May 21, 2002, convicting him of criminal sale of marihuana in the first degree (three counts), criminal possession of marihuana in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of marihuana in the second degree, and conspiracy in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.
