Stefanik v. Nursing Education Committee

This is a petition for certiorari to quash the action of the respondent nursihg education committee in rec-commending that the state’s director of health revoke the petitioner’s license to practice nursing and annul her registration. Pursuant to the writ the respondents have made a return to this court of all pertinent records, including a certified transcription of the evidence presented at the hearings held by the nursing education committee prior to its finding and recommendation.
