DECISION

These matters are each before the Court for decision on cross-motions for summary judgment filed pursuant to Super. Ct. R. Civ. P. 56.1 Both plaintiffs are former Warwick firefighters, retired for service-related disabilities. The defendants include the City of Warwick; Robert Donohue, Marshall Martin, and Dianna Pearson who are sued individually and in their official capacities as members of the Warwick Board of Public Safety;2 and John E.
