By Opinion and Order issued March 16, 2012, this Court held that products sold by HTC Corporation and HTC America, Inc. do not infringe U.S. Patent No. 5,390,216, owned by IPCom GMBH & Co., KG. IP-Com now moves for partial reconsideration and seeks to supplement the record, to show infringement under the doctrine of equivalents and to limit the scope of the ruling in HTC’s favor.
