Appellant, Ralph Winn, as plaintiff, brought this suit in the District Court of Ellis County, Texas, against Royal Indemnity Company, appellee, as defendant, appealing from a final ruling of the Industrial Accident Board of the State of Texas denying plaintiff any compensation, wherein plaintiff sought recovery of compensation for seventy-five per cent partial permanent general disability (as distinguished from a specific injury) resulting from an accidental personal injury sustained by plaintiff in the course of his employment by R.
