WILLIAMSON, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment for the defendant. The plaintiff brought a real action to recover certain described premises in the Town of St. Agatha declaring upon her own seisin within twenty years last past and alleging disseisin by the defendant, and including a claim for rents and profits and for destruction and waste. Title and possession with damages were demanded Maine Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 80A.
