On January 16, 1992, a telephonic hearing was held on Defendant’s and Plaintiffs motions for summary judgment and the respective objections thereto. The Court also entertained within this hearing the Debtors’ motion to avoid lien and Defendant-Creditor’s objection thereto. C.R.
