This is an appeal from a decision of a three-judge panel of the Workmen’s Compensation Court. It affirmed in part and modified in part a decision of the one-judge court. On September 30, 1975, the plaintiff Jose Camarillo was an employee of the defendant-appellant Iowa Beef Processors, Inc. The plaintiff was engaged in pulling tenderloins at the defendant’s plant at Dakota City, Nebraska.
