The plaintiffs-sellers, Louis and Laura Langpop, appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Lake County which granted the motion for summary judgment of the defendants-purchasers, William Oldenburg and Marlene Oldenburg, and denied their own motion for summary judgment to enforce the liquidated damages clause of a real estate sale contract and to recover, as liquidated damages, earnest money in the sum of $13,450. We reverse.
