Reversing.

About noon on June 18, 1912, John Caesar was killed by appellant’s train at a point about three miles south of Henderson. Caesar was going southwardly from Henderson to Róbards, a town about twelve miles below Henderson, and had been walking upon appellee’s railroad track. When he reached the point indicated, he sat down on the end of a cross-tie, leaning forward, or to one side, with his head slightly turned toward the south.
