Plaintiffs, who sue under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”), see 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., and New York law for alleged sexual abuse by teachers while plaintiffs were students at defendant Marsha Stern Talmudieal Aead-emy-Yeshiva High School for Boys (‘YUHS”), now appeal from the dismissal of their suit as untimely, see Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), and from the denial of their motion to amend.
