The appellant filed his suit in the Jessamine circuit court -to recover damages for personal injuries and for the destruction of his automobile as the result of an accident which occurred at Brannon Station in Jessamine county on the 30th day of January, 1927. , A trial of his case in the Jessamine circuit court resulted in a verdict against him.
