Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered December 13, 1977, convicting defendant, on jury verdict, of robbery in the second degree (Penal Law, § 160.10), and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 5 to 15 years, is modified, as a matter of discretion and in the interest of justice, to the extent that the sentence is reduced to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of not less than 3 Vs and not more than 10 years, and the court imposes that sentence on the defendant.
