MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GLEN E. CLARK, Chief Judge.
The matter presently before the court is the confirmation of the debtors’ Chapter 13 plan of reorganization. A hearing was had on December 12, 1990. Robert Fugal, Esq. appeared on behalf of the debtors. Steven T. McMaster, Esq., Assistant Utah Attorney General, appeared on behalf of the Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA).
