ROVNER, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “Board”) concluded that Staffing Network Holdings, LLC (“Staffing Network”) violated the National Labor Relations Act by twice threatening employees with discharge for engaging in protected, concerted activity, and for actually discharging employee Griselda Barrera for engaging in protected, concerted activity. See 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. (hereafter “the Act”). The NLRB ordered Staffing Network to offer Barrera reinstatement and to make her whole for lost wages.
