In November 1991, Sean Clemmons entered a guilty plea to one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and was sentenced to ten years, with two years to serve in confinement,. Almost 24 years later, in August 2015, Clemmons filed in the trial court a “Motion Under Writ of Error of Coram Nobis to Vacate, or Expunge a Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody” (“Coram Nobis Motion”). The trial court denied this motion on August 18, 2015. Clemmons thereafter filed a “Motion Pursuant to ‘Habeas Corpus’ Under Equitable Tolling” (“Habeas Motion”), which the trial court…
