Plaintiff Jeffrey Reed (“Plaintiff’ or “Reed”) filed suit against Defendant International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (“Defendant” or “the Union”). Plaintiff contends that the Union failed to provide a reasonable accommodation for his religious conflict with paying dues to the union, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
