Affirming.

This action involves the right of the District Board of Tuberculosis Sanatorium Trustees of Fayette County to require the mayor and commissioners of the city of Lexington, a- city of the second class, to levy upon the taxable property, within that city, a tax, and collect the same, for-the benefit of the tuberculosis district which is composed of Fayette county.
