In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the third-party defendant appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Schmidt, J.), dated January 5, 2007, which granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment on his Labor Law § 240 cause of action, and (2) an order of the same court, also dated January 5, 2007, which granted that branch of the defendant third-party plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment on the cause of action for contractual indemnification.
