OPINION

LESLIE, Judge.

This appeal is from an order that denied appellant’s motion for an increase in child support because she failed to comply with discovery. Respondent requested discovery to verify statements made by appellant that there was a substantial change in circumstances. The family court judge, upon recommendation of the referee, denied appellant’s motion for increased child support. Appellant moved for review of the referee’s order, and the district court confirmed that order in all relevant aspects. We reverse and remand.
