INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Xerox Corporation (“Plaintiff’) bring this lawsuit against Defendants West Coast Litho, Inc. (“West Coast”), Guillermo Cabrera (“Cabrera”), who is the President of West Coast, and Jose D. Martin (“Martin”) (collectively, “Defendants”) for damages arising out of Defendants’ breach and default under various agreements between the parties. (Dkt. 1).
