WADDILL, Circuit Judge.

This was one of two causes in which, on the 20th of December, 1924, we handed down an opinion reported in 3 F.(2d) 252. Shortly thereafter, Miss Bailey, the appellant and the losing party therein, by her petition for rehearing, brought to our attention for the first time, a decision of the Supreme Court of South Carolina, hereinafter fully discussed, and made shortly after the announcement of our own.
