{¶ 1} This appeal concerns sanctions imposed by the trial court pursuant to Civ.R. 37 on Cooper & Elliott, L.L.C. (“Cooper & Elliott”), the law firm employed by Frank E. Bellamy to represent him in an employment action filed on June 23, 2004, against defendants-appellees, Robert G. Montgomery, Brad Hennebert, and Franklin County (collectively referred to as “appellees”).
