Gary A. Wood appeals his conviction and sentence after a bench trial in the district court for Lincoln County on the charge of first degree sexual assault on a child under 16 years of age in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-319(l)(c) (Reissue 1979). The district court sentenced Wood to a term of imprisonment not less than U/2 nor more than 3 years. We affirm.
