On March 3, 1927, the following jurisdictional act was approved (44 Stat. 1812) :
“An Act Giving jurisdiction to tiie Court of Claims to hear and determine the claim of the Butler Lumber Company, Incorporated.
“Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Court of Claims of the United States be, and hereby is, given jurisdiction to hear and determine the claim of the Butler Lumber Company, Incorporated, Richmond, Virginia, for damages resulting from the furnishing of piling in the erection of a…
