2Per curiam
REHEARING GRANTED: We hereby recall our order of March 6, 1986 insofar as it dismisses the suspensive appeal of defendant, Nobility Homes, Inc. and reinstate the suspensive appeal. REP, Inc. v. Sciortino, 453 So.2d 670 (La.App. 1st Cir.1984). In all other respects the judgement remains the same.
