This matter is before the court upon a petition of Sarah Beatrice Strickland for reconsideration of the order approving settlement of wrongful death and survival actions, and an appeal from the order of the Register of Wills of Northampton County revoking letters of *551administration initially granted to her in the estate of her son, Robert Victor Strickland.
