Almiron Culver at the. time of his death was a resident of Kansas. He left to collateral heirs the following property: Ten thousand eight hundred dollars ($10,800) in cash deposited in the State Savings Bank ‘of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and twenty-five shares of stock in the State Savings Bank of Council Bluffs, Iowa, which stock was represented by two certificates which were in the possession of Mr. Culver in Kansas at the time of his death. The certificates have since his death remained in Kansas in the hands of his administratrix. . This proceeding was instituted for the purpose of assessing…
