Appellee filed the bill in this cause in the chancery court of Harrison count3 against appellants, the Hickory Investment Company and the Strauss Investment Company, and several other parties whose names need not be set out, because the Hickory Investment Company and the Strauss Investment Company alone prosecute this appeal.
