Plaintiff Garmon appeals an adverse judgment after a bench trial. Plaintiff had brought dispossessory proceedings against William *6Corey and his agent, U. S. Enterprises, Inc. Plaintiff alleged that defendants were tenants at will as to certain property owned by her, and that they had been given 60 days notice to vacate the premises but had refused to do so.
