' This action Was filed in the Mason circuit court by appellants and plaintiffs below, Laura Stockton Molloy and her sister, Jeanette Elliot Robinson Molloy, against the appellees and defendants below, Bettie Barkley and her husband, F. O. Barkley, seeking a construction of a deed executed by John M.
