Following the denial of his amended motion for new trial, Romio Smith a/k/a DeNorris Smith appeals his jury convictions for hijacking a motor vehicle, two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of possession of a firearm during -the commission of a crime, and battery. Smith asserts the trial court erred in denying his request to strike for cause a juror who had been the victim of a violent crime, limiting the examination of a witness regarding prior inconsistent statements, the denial of his request to recall a witness, not allowing a co-defendant to testify about his plea…
