Jose Ascención Cendejas Rodriguez, a native and citizen of Mexico, seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’s (“BIA”) decision, affirming the Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) denial of his application for withholding of removal. After careful review, and with the benefit of oral argument, we deny the petition.
