Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Thomas E. Moran, J.), rendered September 3, 2014. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of murder in the *1545second degree (two counts), attempted robbery in the first degree, attempted robbery in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
