Two final orders of disposition, Family Court, New York County (Bruce Kaplan, F.C.J.), entered on or about November 21, 1986, which concurrently placed appellant with the New York State Division for Youth, Title III for a period of up to 12 months, unanimously modified, on the law and the facts, appellant’s immediate release directed, and the matter remanded for a new dispositional hearing, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
