ROSE, Justice.

This appeal comes here from a judgment arising out of an action where Savilla Noyes, as Guardian of an incompetent, Ellen M. Vernon, asks reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of her guardianship duties. On January 16, 1977, after Ellen Vernon’s death, the First National Bank of Rawlins was appointed administrator of her estate. The appellant-plaintiff timely filed a claim with the estate for guardianship services, which claim was rejected by mailing notice thereof to Savilla 0.
