Attorney Richard T. Winter appealed from the referee's conclusions that he neglected three estates he was retained to probate and from the referee's recommendation that the court suspend his license to practice law for 120 days as discipline for that professional misconduct. The Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility (Board) cross-appealed from the referee's conclusion that Attorney Winter did not make a misrepresentation in the affidavit he filed with the Board following a prior license suspension.
