after referring to the bill, answer, and state of the controversy, proceeded as follows:
This is a case of a very unusual nature, at least in this circuit. The charge in the bill is of fraudulent misconduct on the part of an attorney and counsellor at law, in the management of a suit confided to his care by the plaintiff against one James 'W. Head, his debtor, and in the levy of the execution, which issued upon the judgment in that suit in his .favour for a large amount, whereby the real estate of the debtor has been set off to the plaintiff at a gross overvaluation, and…
