STORX, Circuit Justice.

This cause is one of extraordinary complexity, and no small difficulty, as well in the principles of law involved in it, as in the conflicting and varied details of the evidence. It has been most fully and elaborately argued at the bar; and to discuss it, at large, upon all the topics, embraced in the argument, would require from the court a length and volume of opinion and reasoning, totally inconsistent with ■ its duties to other suitors.
