Ernesto Wilfredo Solano Godoy (“appellant”) appeals his convictions of burglary, in violation of Code § 18.2-90; rape, in violation of Code § 18.2-61; two counts of object sexual penetration, in violation of Code § 18.2-67.2; and sodomy, in violation of Code § 18.2-67.1. Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County (“trial court”), appellant was sentenced to a cumulative total of 150 years in prison, with 10 years suspended on the rape conviction.
