This is the case of a policy on the ship Minerva, on a voyage from New York.to Guadaloupe, The risks specified in the policy, are of the usual kind. There is no express warranty that the Ship was neutral; but she is stated in the policy to be an American ship, She. was captured on the voyage insured, by-a British privateer, carried to the island of Antigua, arid there libelled and condemned in. the court of vice admiralty, as a lawful prize, no reason for'the condemnation being stated in the sentence.
