UNDERINSURED MOTORISTS COVERAGE—STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS Margaret Shilling was involved in a motor vehicle accident with an underinsured tortfeasor. The tortfeasor’s insurance company offered Ms. Shilling the maximum amount of coverage available under its policy—$20,000.
