D. R. Sartor Sons & Co. instituted executory proceedings against Ann Brown on a promissory note issued by her, on which the balance due was $455.10, with interest thereon at 8 per cent, per annum from the 16th of December, 1926, and 10 per cent, attorney’s fee; the debt being secured by a conventional mortgage on Ann Brown’s 60 acres of land. The property was seized by the sheriff, and, according to the notices served and published according to law, was to be sold on the 2d of July, 1927.
