MOORE, Judge.

S.J. (“the maternal grandmother”) appeals from a judgment entered by the Bessemer Division of the Jefferson Juve*642nile Court (“the juvenile court”) awarding custody of K.H.J. (“the child”) to the child’s father, K.J. (“the father”). We transfer that appeal. The father filed a cross-appeal. Based on our disposition of the appeal, we dismiss the cross-appeal.
