MASSEY, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment entered for the plaintiffs. Appellant primarily predicates her appeal upon the ground that she was denied a statement of facts upon which she could predicate all the points of error desired to be presented to this court. Subject thereto, appellant predicates additional points of error, the essence of which is to the effect that there was no evidence to support the judgment of the trial court.
